boo on gaining four pounds!
I can’t say that I’m surprised though. I haven’t been sticking to a healthy diet or exercise plan for about 2 weeks now. I feel like all I have been eating is pizza and fast food. I think I went so long avoiding those two things that I kinda went crazy eating it all the time. Tomorrow if I go out to eat….salad or fruit must must must be involved. Speaking of fruit I need to eat more of it. I did not work this hard for this long to just slip back into my unhealthy lifestyle. I have noticed that I’m a little more grouchy than normal too. I’m blaming that on my lack of exercise. So the plan for tomorrow is to wake up early and go workout. Then I’m going to come back home and do my homework. After that…I’m going to the Zoo, and it’s a date =@) How cute is that really? He WANTS to take me to the zoo, his suggestion. Anyway I’m going to limit myself on the number of goodies I’ll eat while I’m there. I can’t just go hog wild at every ice cream stand.
Ok guys, I’m going to make the effort to keep my weight off. I know that weighing 124lbs to a lot of people sounds whiny…and I used to weigh 152. I worked really hard to lose those 32 pounds and I don’t want to gain them back. I liked telling people that I weighed 120…. =@/
I bet the fast food and pizza is making you grouchy too because it does it to me too. Just like that movie “Supersize Me”. That guy started eating the junk and his mood changed for the worse. Good for you getting back on track. I don’t weigh anywhere near what you weigh but I do know that a 4 pound gain can slowly grow to a 6 pound gain and to a 10 pound gain and so on. Way to go doing something about it now rather than later.
